No, you don't have to. Each Batherbox tub station is hooked up to 4 of the highest-quality products (3 Shampoo options and 1 Conditioner) you can choose from (See product tab). You may bring your own shampoo(s) and brushes if you want though, we understand that some dogs require special products.

20 Minute time frame to wash your dog inside one of our Batherbox tub stations. Followed by unlimited time to brush and dry your dog. We provide towels, safety glasses, aprons, de-shedding gloves, masks, zoom groom (please see equipment tab).

Yes. We have 3 types of dryers you can use (see equipment tab), and a table to dry your dog for as long as you need. No extra charge.

We have a low impact ramp, stairs, and we can also lift your doggo into the tub for you,

No. You do not need an appointment for self-service wash or nail trims.
